The parties are responsible for names, addresses, item details, photographs and all promises they enter. Review and correct the complete agreement before signing or relying on it.
The agreement does not notify a licensing authority, transfer registered ownership, complete motor-tax or registration steps, or replace a prescribed form. For a registered ship, use the required statutory bill of sale and registry process separately.
Irish electronic-commerce law generally permits electronic signatures for ordinary private agreements when intent and the evidence are sufficient. A prescribed form, witness, original instrument or excluded transaction keeps its own requirements.
Do not disrupt, probe, overload or misuse the service. Download and retain important records because temporary links and the questionnaire are not a permanent archive.
